Tremblay’s is based in Woking, Surrey, and creates luxury private dining experiences for clients in Surrey, Hampshire and Greater London.

The company was initially based at Woking Football Club, where Steve provided catering for all hospitality and in-house events, including meeting the players’ dietary requirements.

In 2014 Tremblay’s was appointed as the in-house caterers at Surrey’s premiere venue, H.G. Wells Conference and Events Centre, Woking.

Tremblay’s caters for all of the H.G. Wells Centre’s clients, including Surrey County Council, which uses the venue for most of their events, major corporate companies, charitable organisations and private parties. During the festive period, Steve and the Tremblay’s team cater for Christmas parties for up to 300 people.

After meeting diners at Woking Football Club and the H.G. Wells Centre, Steve realised there was a need for luxury catering for private parties.

Tremblay’s services now include bespoke catering for private and company parties, bespoke private dining, corporate business lunches and events at a venue of your choice.

Steve Tremblay is a world-renowned chef specialising in private dining. He became a chef because he loves to cook and now combines his passion for food with nearly three decades’ experience in professional kitchens.

Steve believes that the right food can make any occasion special: he loves sharing this belief through his cooking, creating sumptuous dishes worthy of his discerning diners.

Steve was born in Canada and started cooking at an early age in his family’s catering business. By his late teens, he was learning his art in the kitchens of 5-star hotels, employed first by Sheraton International and then by Hyatt Hotels.

A chance encounter with Gordon Ramsay brought Steve to the UK and Steve began work in Ramsay’s various Michelin-starred venues. Steve went on to work at award-winning spa Pennyhill Park where he achieved four AA rosettes.

Since then, he has worked as on-call private chef to Simon Cowell, and as head chef at McLaren Racing where he was also personal nutritionist to Lewis Hamilton.

Steve continues to work alongside a number of charities and his work has raising substantial sums of money for good causes.

 

Community

A resident of Woking, Surrey, Steve plays an important part in the community, delivering food during the COVID-19 pandemic and providing outstanding school dinners for Hoe Valley School.
